It took me several tries but I finally got registered. Trying to correctly read & enter that code was just about enough to make me give up registering. One more try & I would have said "Screw it!"
I think a 2 0r 3 character code would be enough -- after all, joining this forum isn't like gaining access to the crown jewels of England, wot?

Aloha and welcome Bellgamin! You 're right, these captcha things are awful. But unfortunately more and more fora are using them. I too often can't read them.

Really? i found it easy to read, maybe i just have a crazy cryptographic mind

In deed. Bellgamin is an example of how one can be pioneer at any age. One of the first Twistees (and inventor of the term no less), ready to walk on the path towards the glory of Twister in the future AV market.
