Here are mine.
I experimented with settings that 3DFireStarteR had posted at Wilders but disabled a couple of them as they created too many false positives for me.
Overall i am quite happy with the settings and Twisters performance :)

I just use defaults + Registry hi-Prot and registry run key. No extended definitions for me, it already is enough false positive-prone. :)

I just use the default setting for my daddy.

No, it is very quiet.
If you have some hacker tools or crack tools, you can put it into whitelist.
