Filseclab support is absolutly amazing

Post by MaB69 » Mon Feb 23, 2009 5:59 pm

Hi,

I was experementing BSOD between Twister and my setup. I found the culprit : it was RollbackRx. Contacted Filseclab, last week, to tell them my found. Mr CHU and Mrs LIANG answered me within the day that they will do some test to reproduce my issue. 2 days after, a new mail for notifying me that the bug was identified and passed to the dev and yesterday, Mr CHU sended me a new driver that fixed the conflict.

I really appreciated how their support keep contact with me and how efficiently they solved my issue.

This post to thanks them for their great job

Cheers,

MaB

MaB,

I am using EAZ-FIX which is similar to RollbackRX. I don't know if my Vista issue is related to this but I would appreciate if you can also assist me with what he sent you. A lot of the members here including Fuzzfas has helped me and the inconsistent BSOD which I experienced with Twister and Vista-32 might be essentially the image software.

MaB69 - I am happy as ever! My BSODs and unstable environment have gone astray. I've used your driver (confirmed with Mr. Chu) for my Vista laptop and now it's working great. Everything is working fine as it should. Never knew that an IMAGE software (EAX-FIX) would be the culprit.

The driver you sent me was probably the same driver that was in the Filseclab directory which was updated when I first installed Twister about 3 days ago. The file size was the same. But I overwrote with what you sent me and now it's working fine. Thank you so much for your assistance and to Fuzzfas who hasn't been seen lately.

Well, i am very happy for both of you! I was sure it was a driver conflict, but i hadn't thought to ask about imaging programs. Nice find! 2 happy Twistees again!
