About the Anti-spam

Post by ftfans » Fri Feb 20, 2009 2:58 am

Fisrstly apologize for my "disappear" for a long time. After my holiday, I was sent to another office, and I really do not have much time on internet, even now.
What's worse it the spam! The anti-spam system on phpbb is far more worse than the discuz forum.
I have to spend much time to find mods and method, and it seems useless. I will keep on trying til finding a effective way to stop those spam bots.
Thanks Miyagi, 3DFireStarteR and othe guys, and I should apologize again, for these troubles caused by these silly spam messages on Twistee.org.

I am a newer to phpbb, if there is anyone who can help me with this, please leave me a message via PM, or email me: ftfans at gmail dot com

I am wondering if you and other guys would be the moderators, so you can delete those spams.
And I am very happy to see that after I add up a costom field, which is requierd when someone is regestering.
This seems a effective way to stop those spam bots.

Thats good, A custom field is always a good way to stop the normal spam bots.
